Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and came with complimentary water and coffee cups, with a view. However, being located in a separate hallway right above the kitchen was a bit noisy at times.
I couldn't have asked for a better location for a hotel! Despite some flaws, like the room view, the hotel is in a superb spot near the lake and nature, offering a serene ambiance for nature lovers. The dining experience was a mix of deliciousness and slight misses, while the friendly service added a personal touch to our stay.
I stayed at the hotel, and it was quite impressive. The room, although not exactly like the pictures we saw, looked very nice. However, being on the ground floor meant we had no view except for people in the large car park in front of us.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was outstanding with staff being very flexible and accommodating, the room I stayed in left much to be desired. The location was decent for relaxation but had some drawbacks, and the dining experience was below expectations. The facilities provided were satisfactory, although some improvements could be made.
Staying in the old building was a unique experience, with rooms overlooking the large car park, offering complimentary water and coffee cups. The service was exceptional, being flexible with special requests and offering quick assistance. The location by the Sorpesee was ideal for leisure activities, though customer service needs improvement. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was delightful, with a good selection. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers a stunning new building with spacious rooms in a beautiful setting. The gourmet seasonal menu sourced locally is a highlight, although customer service could be more consistent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, with complimentary water and coffee cups provided. However, the location, although lovely with a balcony and stunning views, lacked customer service for guests. The dining options were decent, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room I was assigned was on the ground floor, lacking any view except for the car park, the hotel's old building had a unique charm. The service was excellent and very accommodating to special requests, although one staff member came across as extremely unfriendly. The location was convenient for touring around, although the hotel being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays left a bit to be desired. Dining options were satisfactory but could use improvement. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the location was wonderful, right by the Sorpesee, the room I was assigned was on the ground floor, offering no view except the car park. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, and there seemed to be a smoking room smell lingering. Despite some ups and downs, the service was top-notch, with a very helpful and friendly staff ready to assist with special requests promptly.
The hotel is set in a beautiful location, offering a gourmet seasonal menu. While the ground floor rooms lack a view and privacy, the rooftop swimming pool is a definite highlight. Service was exceptional, accommodating special requests promptly. The location is superb, with a rooftop spa and lovely swimming pool but requires better customer service. The dining experience is delightful, particularly for organic food enthusiasts.
